...NO THUNDERSTORM AREAS FORECAST...

...SUMMARY...
Thunderstorms are not expected on Wednesday.

...Synopsis...

A broad upper ridge centered over the High Plains will deamplify as
it shifts east toward the Midwest and eastern U.S. through the
period. In the wake of this upper ridge, a shortwave trough will
dig southeast across the Pacific Northwest and northern Rockies.
This system will also allow the upper low off of the southern
CA/northern Baja coast to finally eject eastward toward the lower CO
Valley and northwestern Mexico. Surface high pressure will persist
across much of the CONUS, and continental low level trajectories
will bring dry and stable conditions. Showers are expected to
develop over parts of southern AZ/NM after 06z ahead of the ejecting
upper low, but meager instability will preclude thunderstorms.
